Writer needs a budget All in One printer

Hi,



He said he's not too concerned about color, but wants the ability to scan, copy and print documents at an affordable cost. I'm guessing the main issue is ink replacement. Perhaps a good printer/scanner that has great prices on after-market ink cartridges?
